This activity enables you to generate the course cost summary report(budget vs actuals), which allows you to view the comparison of the actual and budgeted cost incurred for training. You must select the reporting unit for the report. You can enter the report criteria, such as, the employment unit, training calendar unit, training calendar, month and year for which you require to view the report. You can also specify the display format for the employee name. Example, you can specify the employee name to be displayed in the first, middle and last name format or last first and middle name forma. The system generates the course cost summary report based on the report criteria and display criteria entered.
