Recording pre course discussion
Select the “Record Pre Course Discussion” link in the “Select a course to Record Learning Track” page.
The system displays the date format set for the user in the "Date Format" field.
The following fields are displayed at the top of the page.
Employee |
The code and name of login employee. | |
Assignment No |
The number of the assignment allotted to the employee. | |
Program |
The name of the training program. | |
Module |
The name of the module in the training program. | |
Course |
The name of the course. | |
Training No. |
The training number of the course. | |
Month/Quarter |
The month or quarter in which the course is scheduled to take place. | |
Start Date |
The start date of the selected training calendar. | |
End Date |
The end date of the selected training calendar. | |
Discussion Status |
The current status of the pre course discussion. |
To record /modify discussion details (To be filled by trainee/login employee)
Enter the date on which the pre course discussion was held in the “Conducted On” field.
Enter remarks of the subordinate on the discussion in the “Subordinate’s Comments During The Pre Course Discussion” multiline.
Learning Objectives |
The purpose of the course. For example, Leadership Qualities and Time Management. |
Weightage |
The significance of the learning objective in comparison with other learning objectives. For example, 5 and 10. |
The system displays the specified weights in percentage in the “Weightage (in %)” field in the multiline.
Corporate KPIs multiline
Enter the following details in the “Corporate Key Performance Indicators” multiline.

The description of the corporate KPI. |
Remarks |
Any suggestions or opinion on the KPI. |
Department KPIs multiline
Enter the following details in the "Department Key Performance Indicators” multiline.

Select the “Delete” pushbutton.
