The system displays the date format set for the user in the "Date Format" field.

The following fields are displayed at the top of the page.

Employee

The code and name of login employee.

Assignment No

The number of the assignment allotted to the employee.

Program              

The name of the training program.

Module

The name of the module in the training program.

Course

The name of the course.

Training No.

The training number of the course.

Month/Quarter

The month or quarter in which the course is scheduled to take place.

Start Date

The start date of the selected training calendar.

End Date

The end date of the selected training calendar.

 

Discussion Status

The current status of the pre course discussion.

To record /modify discussion details (To be filled by trainee/login employee)

Learning Objectives

The purpose of the course. For example, Leadership Qualities and Time Management.

Weightage

The significance of the learning objective in comparison with other learning objectives. For example, 5 and 10.

The system displays the specified weights in percentage in the “Weightage (in %)” field in the multiline.

The description of the corporate KPI.

Remarks

Any suggestions or opinion on the KPI.

Department KPIs multiline

The description of the department KPI.
