Recording post course discussion
Select the “Record Post Course Discussion” link in the “Select a course to Record Learning Track” page.
The following fields are displayed at the top of the page.
Employee |
The code and name of login employee. | |
Assignment No |
The number of the assignment associated with the course. | |
Program |
The name of the training program. | |
Module |
The name of the module in the training program. | |
Course |
The name of the course. | |
Training No. |
The sequence number of the training course. | |
Month/ Quarter |
The month or quarter in which the course is scheduled to take place. | |
Start Date |
The start date of the selected training calendar. | |
End Date |
The end date of the selected training calendar. | |

Conducted On |
The date on which the post course discussion was conducted |
|
Discussion Status |
The current status of the discussion. |
To record/modify post course discussion details
Enter the date on which the post course discussion was held in the “Conducted On” field.
The following fields are displayed in the “Trainee’s Comments During The Post Course Discussions” multiline.
Learning Objectives |
The purpose of the course. For example, Leadership Qualities and Time Management. | |
Weightage (in %) |
The significance of the objective in terms of percentage. | |

Enter the following fields in the “Trainee’s Comments During The Post Course Discussions” multiline.
Rating Achieved |
The rating awarded to the employee for the objective. |
Grade |
The grade under which the rating is categorized. |
Remarks |
Any comments on the performance rating. |
Enter remarks in the “Comments” field.
Select the “My Learning Objectives Were Met” check box, to indicate your purpose of attending the training program was met. Leave the box unchecked to indicate the contrary.
Enter the factors that helped you achieve the set objectives in the “Reason” field.
The system displays the corporate KPI details in the “Corporate KPIs” multiline.
The system displays the department KPI details in the “Department KPIs” multiline.
To record trainee’s post course discussion details (To be filled by the subordinate/login employee).
Enter the following fields in the “The Skills and Knowledge I Have Learnt From the Course” group box
Comments 1 |
Suggestions or opinion on the new skills as expressed in the post course discussion. |
Comments 2 |
Suggestions or opinion on the new skills as expressed in the post course discussion. |

Suggestions or opinion on the new skills as expressed in the post course discussion. |
Enter the following fields in the “Help I Need From My Supervisor to Use The Skills & Knowledge I Have Learnt to Achieve The Performance Targets Set In The Pre Course Discussion” group box.
Comments 1 |
The remarks on the guidance that you need from your supervisor. This guidance pertains to the use of new skills acquired through training to achieve performance targets. |
Comments 2 |
The remarks on the guidance that you need from your supervisor. This guidance pertains to the use of new skills acquired through training to achieve performance targets. |

Select the course for which you want to delete the post course discussion record in the “Select a Course to Record Learning Track” page.
Select the “Record Post Course Discussion” link.
The “Record Post Course Discussion” page appears with the details of the selected course.
Select the “Delete” pushbutton.
