Employee

The code and name of login employee.

Assignment No

The number of the assignment associated with the course.

Program              

The name of the training program.

Module

The name of the module in the training program.

Course

The name of the course.

Training No.

The sequence number of the training course.

Month/ Quarter

The month or quarter in which the course is scheduled to take place.

Start Date

The start date of the selected training calendar.

End Date

The end date of the selected training calendar.

 

Conducted On

The date on which the post course discussion was conducted

 

Discussion Status

The current status of the discussion.

To record/modify post course discussion details

The following fields are displayed in the “Trainee’s Comments During The Post Course Discussions” multiline.

Learning Objectives

The purpose of the course. For example, Leadership Qualities and Time Management.

Weightage (in %)

The significance of the objective in terms of percentage.

 

 

 

Rating Achieved

The rating awarded to the employee for the objective.

Grade

The grade under which the rating is categorized.

Remarks

Any comments on the performance rating.

The system displays the corporate KPI details in the “Corporate KPIs” multiline.

The system displays the department KPI details in the “Department KPIs” multiline.
