View Sponsorship Acceptance by Employee – A summary of the activity

Through this activity, you can view the acceptance status of sponsored training programs.

The acceptance status of a sponsored training program can be:

• “Yes” denotes the employee has accepted to undertake the training program

• “No” denotes the employee has declined to undertake the training program

As a supervisor, you can view the details of training programs for which you have nominated subordinates.

As an employee, you can view the details of training programs for which your supervisor has sponsored you.

Supervisors nominate subordinates for training programs based on their requests or requirement. It is the prerogative of employees to accept or decline the training offer using this activity.
