Under a given training self-service component, the employee can request for a training on a particular course, module or program.  The employees can also request training on any independent courses which he feels essential.  Also, the employees can also view their competency gap and accordingly request for the training.  The employees can view the details pertaining to a training program, module or courses that are  to be conducted and request training for the same.

Prerequisites

The employees must have attended the basic course required for understanding the course.  For example, the employee must have attended a training on  C++ course, to attend the training on VC++ course.
