Nomination for Total Training Plan – A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you as a supervisor can nominate your subordinates for courses in a training plan.
A training plan is a tentative draw up of the programs, modules and courses by a training administrator, that are scheduled to take place over a specified period.
You can nominate subordinates for relevant courses based on your own judgement of the skill requirements of employees.
You must provide the following details for a nomination.
Employee who will participate in the course
Number of the assignment to which course is linked
Category of the course
Department KPI linked to the course
Corporate KPI to which the department KPI is linked for the training calendar
Precedence of courses, if an employee is nominated for more than one course
Month or quarter in which the course is conducted
Comments
