Transport Claims-Self Service – An Overview

The Transport Claims – Self Service component enables an employee to request for a public or private transport claim.  In addition, the self-service component is used to edit, view, and authorize the public and private transport claims of the employees in an organization unit through the activities that are briefly explained below.

Requesting for public transportation claim

An employee makes a request for public transport claims through this activity, if the mode of transport is public, such as rented car, MRT, or bus.

Editing public transportation claim

This activity is used to modify or delete the public transport claim of an employee in an organization unit.  Editing of a public transport claim is possible, only if the claim is drafted, pending for authorization, or rejected.

Viewing public transportation claim

This activity is used to view the details of the public transport claim of an employee in an organization unit.

Authorizing public transportation claim

This activity is used to authorize the claim amount of a public transport claim of an employee in an organization unit.

Requesting for private transport claim

An employee makes a request for private transport claims through this activity, if the mode of transport is a private car, private bus, or motorcycle.

Editing private transport claim

This activity is used to modify or delete the private transport claim of an employee in an organization unit.  Editing of a private transport claim is possible, only if the claim is drafted, pending for authorization, or rejected. 

Viewing private transport claim

This activity is used to view the details of the private transport claim of an employee in an organization unit.

Authorizing private transport claim

This activity is used to authorize the claim amount of a private transport claim of an employee in an organization unit.
