4 Select the “View Training Need Identified” link from the edit courses for module.
4 The “View Training Need Identified” page appears.
4 The system displays the following.

Date Format |
The date that is applicable to he login user. |
|
Training Calendar Unit |
The name of the training calendar unit. |
4 Enter the following.
|
Employment Unit |
Select the organization unit that interacts with the Training General Information Unit to access the training calendar information. This organization unit must hold the Employment Information component. |
|
From Date |
The start date from which the competency gap is identified. |
|
To Date |
The end date till which the competency gap is identified. |
4 Select the “Search” pushbutton.
4 The system displays the following in the “Summary of Competency Gaps” multiline.

Competency |
The description of the competency. |
|
Total Count |
The total number of competencies for which the gap has been identified. |
|
Suggested Course |
The suggested training course that will bridge the competency gap. |
|
Impact Level |
The level of impact of a suggested training program. |
