Employee

The code and name of selected employee for whom you want to record the post course discussion details.

Supervisor

The employee code and name of the supervisor.

Assignment No

The number of the assignment allotted to the employee.

Program              

The name of the training program.

Module

The name of the module in the training program.

Course

The name of the course.

Training No.

The training number of the course.

Month / Quarter

The month or quarter in which the course was conducted.

Start Date

The start date of the selected course.

End Date

The end date of the selected course.

 

Discussion Status

The current status of the discussion can be any one of the following

  • Not Initiated

  • Draft

  • Under Review

  • Completed

  • Closed

To record / modify post course discussion details

The following information as recorded in the “Pre Course Discussion” page is displayed in the “Trainee’s Comments During The Post Course Discussions” multiline.                 

Learning Objectives

The purpose of the course. For example, Leadership Qualities and Time Management.

Weights (in %)

The significance of the objective in terms of percentage.

 

 

 

Rating Achieved

The rating that the employee scored in the objective.

Grade

From the drop-down list box, select the grade under which the rating is categorized.

Remarks

Any comments of the employee on the rating.

The system displays the overall rating in the “Overall Rating (in %)” field.

The system displays the corporate KPI details in the “Corporate Key Performance Indicators” multiline.

The system displays the department KPI details in the “Department Key Performance Indicators” multiline.

To record trainee’s post course discussion details

Comments 1

The suggestions or opinion of the employee on the new skills as expressed in the post course discussion.

Comments 2

The suggestions or opinion of the employee on the new skills as expressed in the post course discussion.

Comments 3

The suggestions or opinion of the employee on the new skills as expressed in the post course discussion.

Comments 1

The guidance that the employee needs from the supervisor, on the use of new skills acquired through training, to achieve targets.

Comments 2

The guidance that the employee needs from the supervisor, on the use of new skills acquired through training, to achieve targets.

Comments 3

The guidance that the employee needs from the supervisor, on the use of new skills acquired through training, to achieve targets.

Target 1

The  performance target set after the course completion.

Target Date

The date by which the employee must achieve the target

The performance target set after the course completion.

Target Date

The performance target set after the course completion.

Performance targets could be met as set in the Post Course Discussion

Select the check box to indicate that the targets set in the post course discussion are achievable.

Leave the box unchecked to indicate the contrary.

New Target 1

The new performance target that the supervisor sets after the course completion.

This performance target replaces the performance target set in the pre course discussion.

Target Date

The date by which the employee must achieve the target.

New Target 2

The new performance target that the supervisor sets after the course completion.

This performance target replaces the performance target set in the pre course discussion.

Target Date

The date by which the employee must achieve the target.

New Target 3

The new performance target that the supervisor sets after the course completion.

This performance target replaces the performance target set in the pre course discussion.

Target Date

The date by which the target must be achieved.

Comments

Any suggestions, comments or opinion of the supervisor on the new targets.

Set Post Course Review Date

The date on which the post course review must be conducted.

I had Post Course Discussion with the Subordinate and Analyzed the Performance Target Set

Select the check box to indicate that the supervisor discussed the new targets with subordinate before setting them.

Leave the box unchecked to indicate the contrary.

Comments

Any suggestion or remarks of the supervisor on the new targets.
