The employment unit of the employee. |
Employee Code |
The identification number of the selected employee |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee for whom you want to record allowance details. |
Assignment No. |
The number of the assignment allotted to the employee. |
Department |
The short description of the department in which the employee works. |
Job Title |
The job title that the employee holds. |
Position Title |
The position title that the employee occupies. |
Supervisor |
The employee code and name of the supervisor. |
Supervisor’s Assignment No. |
The assignment of the supervisor to which the course is related. |
Recommended Course Code |
The identification number of the course recommended for the trainee. |
Recommended Course Description |
The short description of the course recommended for the trainee. |
Actual Course Code |
The identification number of the course. |
Actual Course Description |
The short description of the course. |
Training Status |
The status of the training allowance. |

The training number of the course. |
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box to identify the course for which you want to sponsor the selected employee.
Training Calendar |
From the drop-down list box, select the training calendar in which the course is scheduled to take place. |
Program |
To view the program descriptions containing specific characters, type in these characters interspersed with the wild card character * at the right places. For example, if you type in PRG*, the system will display all the records having the prefix PRG. |
Module |
To view the module descriptions containing specific characters, type in these characters interspersed with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in TRG*, the system will display all the records having the prefix TRG. |
Course |
To view all the course descriptions containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in TECH*, the system will display all the records having the prefix TECH. |
Training No. |
To view all the numbers associated with a course, type in a training number. |
From Date |
To view all the courses that started on a particular date, type in a starting range of these dates. |
To Date |
To view all the courses that ended on a particular date, type in a starting range of these dates. |
Training Area |
From the drop-down list box, select primary focus or subject of training. |
Course Category |
From the drop-down list box, select the group under which the course is classified. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following information in the multiline.
Training Calendar |
The training calendar during which the course is scheduled to take place. |
Program |
The short description of the program. |
Module |
The short description of the module. |
Course |
The short description of the course. |
Training No. |
The training number of the course. |
Month / Quarter |
The month or quarter in which the course is scheduled to take place. |
Start Date |
The date on which the course commences. |
End Date |
The date on which the course concludes. |
Course Category |
The group under which the course is classified. |
Training Area |
The primary focus or subject of training. |
Total Training Hours |
The duration of training in hours. |
Training Status |
The status of the training request. |
Enter your comments in the “Remarks” field.
Select the check box for the records you want to sponsor in the multiline.
