Selecting an employee to record learning track
Select “Record Employee Learning Track” from the left pane.
The “Select an Employee to Record Learning Track” page appear.
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user.

Enter the following fields.
Training Administration Unit |
Select the organization unit in which you want to record the details. Tell me more |
Training Calendar Unit |
Select the organization unit in which you must create training calendar groups. The drop-down list box displays all the organization units where you have permission to create training calendar groups. These organization units are called setup OUs. |
Select / Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to identify the employee.
Employee Code |
To view employee codes containing specific characters, type in these characters interspersed with the wild card character * at the right places. For example, if you type in PRG*, the system will display all the records having the prefix PRG | |
Employee Name |
To view the employee names containing specific characters, type in these characters interspersed with the wild card character * at the right places. For example, if you type in PRG*, the system will display all the records having the prefix PRG | |
Training Calendar

Select the required training calendar. Since it has more than one value, by default, the system displays “select” in the drop- down list box. | |
Program |
To view the program descriptions containing specific characters, type in these characters interspersed with the wild card character * at the right places. For example, if you type in PRG*, the system will display all the records having the prefix PRG. | |
Module |
To view the module descriptions containing specific characters, type in these characters interspersed with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in TRG*, the system will display all the records having the prefix TRG. | |
Course |
To view all the course codes and names containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in C*, the system will display all the records having the prefix C. | |
Training No. |
The sequence number of the training program for the selected course. | |
Learning Track Status |
From the drop-down list box, select the status of the learning track. | |
Start Date |
To view all the courses that started on a particular date, type in a starting range of these dates. | |
End Date |
To view all the courses that ended on a particular date, type in a starting range of these dates. | |

Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following fields for the selected employees in the multiline: “Employee Code”, “Employee Name”, “Assign. No.”, “Training Calendar”, “Program”, “Module”, “Course”, “Training No.”, “Start Date”, End Date” and “Learning Track Status”.
To proceed
Select the “Record Pre Course Discussion” link to record details of the discussion held prior to the commencement of the course.
Select the “Record Post Course Discussion” link to record details of the discussion held after the completion of the course.
Select the “Record Post Course Review” link to record details of the review conducted after the completion of the course.
You can select the employee and the course for which you want to record discussion and review details.
