Consolidating the attendance details for employees
Select “Time Management Consolidation” from left pane.
The “Time Management Consolidation” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
Specify the following.
Time Management Processing Unit |
From the drop-down list, select the organization unit under which the time management processing component is deployed. Tell me more |
Payroll Processing Unit |
The system displays the payroll processing unit for the selected time management processing unit. |
Payroll Calendar Code |
From the drop-down list, select the payroll calendar to which the process period is mapped. |
Payroll Calendar Description |
The system displays the description of the payroll calendar corresponding to the code that you selected. |
Process Period |
The process period for which consolidation is to be done. Help Available |
Process Period Description |
The system displays the description of the process period that you entered. |
Payroll Code |
The unique code of the payroll for which consolidation is to be done. |
Employee Code From |
The starting code of the employee, in a range of employees, from which consolidation is to be done. Help Available |
Employee Code To |
The ending code of the employee, in a range of employees, from which consolidation is to be done. Help Available |
The system displays the following
Payroll Calendar Description |
The description of the payroll calendar. |
Process Period Description |
The description of the process period. |
To consolidate the attendance details
Select the “Consolidate” pushbutton.
The system summarizes the existing data in a presentable format for payroll processing.
To revoke the consolidation that is done
Select the “Revoke” pushbutton.
The system will undo the consolidation that is already done.
