Time Management Consolidation - A summary of the activity

Prerequisites

Through this activity, you can consolidate/summate the attendance record & attendance related allowances applicable for a process period in an organized format for payroll processing.  You are required to specify the process period for which consolidation must be done.

This activity is applicable only if the payroll processing is integrated with the Time Management Business Process Chain.

The consolidation is done only for the authorized records of the Timesheet component and for the range of employees specified in this activity. The consolidated details will be stored in the consolidation table, which will be accessed for the payroll processing.

You also have the option to undo a consolidation process that is already done. For this, you must specify the required process period and revoke the consolidation.   

Note: You cannot revoke a consolidation for a process period for which the payroll is authorized.
