Prerequisites

Through this activity, you can make a back dated change in time management consolidation values for an employee for a process period for which the payroll is authorized.  This may be required, if any modification is needed for any employees attendance consolidation. Modification may be necessitated because of mistake in consolidation or any other reason like leave regularization etc.  The exception values will be considered in the current process period.  You are required to specify the process period and payroll calendar for which the exception entry must be done for the employee.  In addition you can modify the details that you already entered. 

Note: If the time management consolidation has been done for the specific process period, you can revoke the consolidation and then re-consolidate to include the time management exception entries.
