Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user.

Employee Code

The employee code of the employee who logged in.

Assignment No

Select the number of your assignment, for which a time deviation is required

Date of Deviation

The date on which there will be a deviation in the shift timings.

Shift Code

The shift code of the shift during which you are normally scheduled, on this date.

Scheduled Start Time

The time at which this shift starts

Scheduled End Time

The time at which this shift ends.

Start Time

The deviated start time of the shift, on the date of deviation. Ensure that this time is before the scheduled end time of the last work session. .

End Time

The deviated end time of the shift, on the date of deviation. Ensure that this time is after the scheduled start time of the first work session. See Permission for time deviation.

Total Shift Time

The total number of hours you will contribute to the work sessions within the shift, on the date of deviation.

Total Break Time

The total number of hours you will contribute to the break sessions within the shift, on the date of deviation.

Request No

A unique number to identify your request for time deviation.

From Time

The time at which each session of the shift starts.

To Time

The time at which the session ends.

Time Type

Whether the session is a work session or a break session. “Work Time” or “Break Type” is displayed.
