Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user.

Employee Code

The code that identifies the employee. 

  • If you selected this page from the Employee Self Service component, the login employee’s employee code is displayed

 

  • If you selected this page from the “Map Employee Rota Schedule” page, the employee code from the “Map Employees” multiline is displayed.

Department

The description of the department to which the employee belongs.

Grade Set

It is a combination of two three grades together to suit the needs and the requirement of the organization.

Grade

The grade to which the employee belongs.

Job

The job held by the employee

Position Title

The position, which the employee holds.

Position Control ID            

The code that uniquely identifies a specific position.

Date

The date of each day of the month. The date is displayed under the specific day of the week on which it occurs, such as Sunday or Monday

Scheduled Shift

One of the following is displayed

 

  • The alias of the shift scheduled for this date, as per the rota schedule

 

  •   “WO’, to indicate Weekly Off

 

  • “H” to indicate Holiday

Note: If the rota plan from which the rota schedule is created had specified that “Schedule Shift on Holidays” is “No”, but a shift is scheduled on this holiday, the “Scheduled Shift” field displays “H”.
If “Schedule Shift on Holidays” is “Yes”, and the employee attends the shift, the “Scheduled Shift” field displays “PR”.

Status

  •     Whether the employee was

 

  • Present during the shift; this is indicated by “PR“

 

  •   Absent; this is indicated by “AB“

 

  • On leave; this is indicated by “LV“

 

  • On shift deviation; this is indicated by “SD”

 

  •  On time deviation; this is indicated by “TD“

 

  •  On training; this is indicated by “TR“

Note: If a shift deviation and training are applicable for the employee, the system will display only the first of the two values, either “SD’ / “TD” or “TR”.

Weekly Offs

The number of weekly offs availed by the employee. This will be the total number of weekly offs for all the shifts in the rota schedule, on which he/she worked during the month.

 

The weekly off is predefined for the rota schedule or adhoc schedule to which the employee is mapped.

Holidays

The number of holidays that were applicable during the selected month. For example, Republic day and Christmas.

 

These holidays are predefined for the rota plan from which the rota schedule is created.

Leave

The number of days of leave availed by the employee, during the selected month.

 

This information is displayed from the Leave application.

Time Deviations

One of the following three values are displayed, to indicate the type of time deviation applicable for the employee

 

  • Time deviation not allowed

 

  • Time deviation relaxed hours

 

  • Time fixed hours.

 

The time deviation type is predefined for the rota plan to which the employee is mapped

Shift Deviations  

Indicates whether a deviation in shift s allowed, by displaying one of the following: “Allowed“ or “Not Allowed“. 

 

The shift deviation type is predefined for the rota plan to which the employee is mapped

Legend

Expands the abbreviations for the terms used in the timetable.  For example, Present is indicated by “P”.
