Time Sheet Analysis Report
Select “Time Sheet Analysis Report” link on the left pane.
The "Time Sheet Analysis Report" page appears.
Enter the following.
Reporting Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the reporting unit to which the employee belongs. |
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Enter the following.
Employment Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the employment unit to which the employee belongs. |
Enter the following in the “Filter Criteria” group box.
Project |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the project to which the employee belongs. The combo is loaded with the options based on the selection of “Employment Unit.” The system by default displays “All” on launch of the page. |
Activity |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the activity for which the report has to be generated. The combo is loaded with the options based on the selection of “Project”. The system by default displays “All” on launch of the page. |
Task |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the task for which the report has to be generated. The combo is loaded with the options based on the selection of “Activity”. The system by default displays “All” on launch of the page. |
Department Code |
A unique code identifying the department in which the employee works in. |
The system displays the following.
Department Description |
The description of the department code. |
Enter the following in the “Filter Criteria” group box.
Employee From |
The starting range of the employee code for whom the time sheet analysis report has to be generated. |
Employee To |
The ending range of the employee code for whom the time sheet analysis report has to be generated. |
Reporting Criteria |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the reporting criteria for which the time sheet analysis report has to be generated. The combo is loaded with “Over all”, “Daily”, “Weekly”, “Monthly” and “Yearly”. The system displays “Over all” by default on launch of the page. · Over all: launches with the consolidated hours of all projects · Daily: launches the details for a fortnight (15 days). · Weekly: launches the consolidated hours of projects for a span of 3 months. · Monthly: launches for a period of 12 months · Yearly: launches across years |
From Date |
The starting date range of the time sheet report for which the time sheet analysis report has to be generated. |
To Date |
The ending date range of the time sheet report for which the time sheet analysis report has to be generated. |
Enter the following in the “Grouping Criteria” group box.
First Level |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the first level for grouping the report. The combo is loaded with “None”, “Employee”, “Department”, “Project”, “Activity” and “Task”. The system displays “None” on launch of the page. |
Second Level |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the second level for grouping the report. The combo is loaded with “None”, “Employee”, “Department”, “Project”, “Activity” and “Task”. The system displays “None” on launch of the page. |
Third Level |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the third level for grouping the report. The combo is loaded with “None”, “Employee”, “Department”, “Project”, “Activity” and “Task”. The system displays “None” on launch of the page. |
Fourth Level |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the fourth level for grouping the report. The combo is loaded with “None”, “Employee”, “Department”, “Project”, “Activity” and “Task”. The system displays “None” on launch of the page. |
Fifth Level |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the fifth level for grouping the report. The combo is loaded with “None”, “Employee”, “Department”, “Project”, “Activity” and “Task”. The system displays “None” on launch of the page. |
Enter the following in the “Display Criteria” group box.
Date Display Format |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the date display format to generate the time sheet analysis report. The system by default displays “DD/MM/YYYY” on launch of the page. |
Employee Name Display Format |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the employee name display format to generate the time sheet analysis report. The system by default displays “First Middle Last” on launch of the page. |
Click the “Time Sheet Analysis Report” pushbutton.
The system generates the time sheet analysis report.
