Time Sheet Analysis Report - A Summary of the activity
This activity allows you to generate the time sheet analysis report. Timesheet Analysis report is a summary report on the hours booked by employees for various projects. This report can be launched by 5 different login role users– Employee, Project Manager, Project Supervisor, Head of Department and Admin. When an employee launches the report, employee would be able to view the time sheet hours booked by him / her against the various projects for which he / she is mapped. When Project Manager launches the report, he would be able to view the time sheet hours clocked by employees mapped to different projects for which he is identified as Project Manager. When Project Supervisor launches the report, he would be able to view the time sheet hours of the employees mapped to projects for whom the login user is the supervisor of the concerned Project Managers. When Head of Department launches the report, he would be able to view the time sheet hours clocked by employees against projects belonging to the department for which he has been identified as the Head of Department. If launched by Admin, he would be able to view the time sheet hours across all projects.
Based on the filter selected, the report output varies. If the selected report criteria is “Overall”, then the report launches with the consolidated hours of all projects. If report criteria is “Daily”, then the report launches the details for a fortnight (15 days). If it’s selected as weekly, then the report launches the consolidated hours of projects for a span of 3 months. If it’s monthly, then the report is launched for a period of 12 months. If the option is selected as “Yearly”, then the report can be launched across years.
Report can also be grouped by either one or more of the following options - employee, department, project, activity and task.
