Recruitment Hub
This hub page enables a recruiter to access only the RFHs assigned to him/her and do the following:
· View the critical coordination and follow-up items like interviews to be coordinated with interviewers, offer acceptance follow-up, joining follow-up and take prompt action
· View the Planned Vs Fill Projection over a 3 month horizon
· Access dynamic TO DO listing based system guidance that leads the recruiter to take contextual actions to close out the pending items.
· Enables the recruiter to pursue the pending RFHs from multiple perspectives and buckets (like ageing analysis, shortfall analysis, month wise spread, etc.)
· Enables the recruiter to quickly take some permissible bulk actions to move candidates across stages through an exploded stage wise view of the RFH.
· Quickly search for any candidate(s) and view their latest status.
Select the “Recruitment Hub” activity under the “Recruitment Hub” business component.
The “Recruitment Hub” page appears.
This page consists of the following primary views:

icon to launch the “My To Do List” popup. It enables the recruiter
to know the up-to-date TO DO items concerning the assigned RFHs so
that he/she can take appropriate contextual actions.
The system displays the following details in the My TO DO List
o Count of RFH positions for which the profile sourcing has not been done
o Count of candidates who have been sourced but for whom shortlisting has not been done
o Count of candidates who have not been scheduled against any stage for a RFH.
o Count of candidates who are yet to be scheduled for the next selection stage.
o Count of candidates for follow-up on pending assessments against selection stages that they have been scheduled for
o Count of candidates who have been selected but whose offer status update is still pending.
o Count of candidates whose compensation fitment is pending.
o Count of candidates to be followed up regarding pending salary fitment authorization
o Count of candidates whose offers are pending to be authorized.
o Count of candidates whose offers are yet to be released.
o Count of candidates to be followed up for offer acceptance.
o Count of candidates whose onboarding initiation is pending.

The system displays the following alerts for candidate list or the RFH list view based on the context.

Select an option from the “Hiring Unit” combo to enable the recruiter to switch across various recruitment OUs if the recruiter has access to multiple recruitment OUs.
This candidate view consists of the following tiles for the recruiter to quickly coordinate/follow up with the concerned interviewers/panel or candidates to complete critical phases of the recruitment process:

Tile: Interviews Scheduled section
The purpose of this section is to show to the recruiter all the interviews that he/she needs to coordinate with candidates and Interviewers/panel and close. This tile retrieves and displays the count of interviews scheduled for today (system date) or this week (week commencing from the current system date ) pertaining to the open approved RFHs assigned to the recruiter.
Recruiter can view the selection stages or interviews scheduled for his/her coordination either for today or over the week and send reminders to the concerned candidates as well as interviewers/ panels along with any specific reminder note that requires the candidate or interviewer/panel’s attention.

The following details are displayed under this column: 4 Interviewer/Panel. 4 Interviewer Name if the interviewer is individual or Interview Panel member names if the interview is being done by a Panel. Note: The system displays the name of the panel head in Green color, the other panel members in Red color and name of the individual assessor in Red Color. |

The system displays the following “Interview Reminder” pop-up. 4 Name of the candidate. 4 Position Title. 4 Name of the Interviewer/Panel. 4 Date of Interview. 4 Time of Interview. 4 Venue of Interview. 4 Select the check box against Candidate or Interviewer/Panel to indicate whether the remainder needs to be sent to the candidate or interviewer/panel or both. 4 Enter any Follow up Remainder note. 4 Click “Send Reminder” button to send email to the Interviewer/Panel and/or candidate with the complete interview details. |

The system displays the following in the “Reschedule Interview” pop-up. 4 Name of the candidate. 4 Position Title and Designation of the candidate. 4 Name of the Interviewer/Panel. 4 Date of Interview. 4 Time of Interview. 4 Venue of Interview. 4 Enter the new date, time and venue of the interview. 4 Click “Reschedule” button to reschedule the interview details. An email is sent to the Interviewer/Panel and/or candidate with the complete re-scheduled interview details. The mail would have an .ICS (calendar) attachment double clicking/saving which will block the outlook calendar for the rescheduled date and time. |

Tile: Offer Acceptance Follow-up section
The purpose of this section is to show the recruiter the set of candidates with whom he/she needs to follow-up for offer acceptance as this is one of the most critical aspects in closing the position for the recruiter.
For the open approved RFHs assigned to the recruiter, all the candidates who have offer status as “Offer released” and offer accepted status is “Blank” are aggregated and shown in this listing in descending order .

The system displays the following “Follow up on Pending Activity” pop-up. 4 Name of the candidate. 4 Position Title. 4 Stage of the interview. 4 Offer Released Date. 4 Follow-up type as Acceptance of Offer by candidate. 4 Enter the request completion in days. 4 Enter any Follow up Remainder note. 4 Click “Send Follow-up Remainder” button to send a follow up mail notification to the candidate asking him/her to confirm acceptance of the offer by the stipulated date. |
Tile: Joining Follow-up section
The purpose of this section is to show the recruiter the set of candidates with whom he/she needs to follow-up immediately for ensuring their joining on time (based on their likely join dates).

Planned Vs Fill Projection section
The purpose of this section is to display the Required, Projected Hiring and Actual Hiring across the next 3 months starting from the current month (i.e., month in which the system date falls). The graph shows the following:
Required Hires = Cumulative sum of number required across all the RFHs assigned to the recruiter with Required By Date falling in that month.
Projected Hires = Cumulative sum of the number of candidates across all RFHs assigned to the recruiter with Likely Joining Date falling in that month.
Actual Hires = cumulative sum of number of candidates across all the RFHs assigned to the recruiter with Actual Joining Date of the candidates in Perform Applicant Onboarding with action in [“Authorize”, “Export to HRMS”]) falling in that month.
