In the RFH View, (a) the overdue positions are displayed with ageing analysis buckets, (b) the critical positions falling due in the ensuing 4 months are shown, (c) the open positions to be closed in 30,60,90 and > 90 days buckets and (d) for open positions to be closed this month the positions with Shortfall percentage > 70%, Shortfall by 50% to 70%, Shortfall by 25% and Almost close to filling buckets are shown. This enables the recruiter to take action by approaching it from multiple angles like 1) target those pending positions where the probability of closure is higher 2) target those pending positions which have aged well beyond due dates or would be falling due shortly etc.

The parent tiles consists of the following tiles
4 Overdue Positions - The count of open approved RFHs assigned to the recruiter where system date is greater than the target closure date.
4 Critical Positions - The count of open approved RFHs assigned to the recruiter where the position is categorized as a critical position.
4 Open Positions - The count of open approved RFHs assigned to the recruiter where the number required has not been filled
4 To be closed this month - The count of open approved RFHs assigned to the recruiter where the target closure date falls within the current month
Click on any parent tile to view the child tiles for various combinations.
Click “Overdue Positions” tiles to view the following child tiles.
4 <30 days - Indicates the overdue positions where the date difference between the system date and target closure date is in the range 1 to 29 days.
4 30-60 days - Indicates the overdue positions where the date difference between the system date and target closure date is in the range 30 to 60 days.
4 60-90 days - Indicates the overdue positions where the date difference between the system date and target closure date is in the range 60 to 90 days.
4 >90 days - Indicates the overdue positions where the date difference between the system date and target closure date is greater than 90 days.
The system displays the number required and shortfall count for each tile.
Click “Critical Positions” tiles to view the following child tiles.
4 Month 1 - Indicates the current month in which the system date falls. For example if the current month is May, the system displays “JUN”.
4 Month 2 - Indicates the current month +1. For example - JUL.
4 Month 3 - Indicates the current month +2. For example - AUG.
4 Month 4 - Indicates the current month +3. For example - SEP.
The system displays the number required and shortfall count for each tile.
Click “Open Positions” tiles to view the following child tiles.
4 Closing in 30 days - Indicates the open positions where the date difference between the system date and target closure date is in the range 1 to 30 days.
4 Closing in 60 days - Indicates the open positions where the date difference between the system date and target closure date is in the range 31 to 60 days.
4 Closing in 90 days - Indicates the open positions where the date difference between the system date and target closure date is in the range 61 to 90 days.
4 >90 days - Indicates the open positions where the date difference between the system date and target closure date is greater than 90 days.
The system displays the number required and shortfall count for each tile.
Click “To be Closed This Month” tiles to view the following child tiles.
4 Shortfall > 70% - Indicates the open approved positions assigned to the recruiter where the shortfall % for the RFH is greater than 70%.
4 Shortfall by 50% to 70% - Indicates the open approved positions assigned to the recruiter where the shortfall % for the RFH is between 50% to 70%.
4 Shortfall by 25% - Indicates the open approved positions assigneto the recruiter where the shortfall % for the RFH is equal to 25%.
4 Almost close to filling - Indicates the open approved positions assigned to the recruiter where the shortfall % for the RFH is between 5% to 10%.
The system displays the number required and shortfall count for each tile.
