RFH Details
This purpose of the page is to offer an exploded view of the RFH and enables a recruiter to view the RFH stage wise breakup details like sourced, shortlisted, functional interview, HR interview, selected, offer released, offer accepted and joined details. Each stage displays the count of candidates currently at that stage. Based on the tile selection, the applicable candidates at that stage will be displayed in the multiline and recruiter can perform certain bulk actions on the selected set of candidates.
Click on the “Position Title” Data Hyperlink in the multiline of RFH view tab in “Recruiter Hub” page.
The “RFH Details” page appears.
The following details are displayed in the header section:

This page illustratively consists of the following stage wise breakup tiles. The stages shaded in yellow are dynamic and will be rendered based on the selection stages and sequence defined in Set Sourcing Strategy and Selection Stages UI:

Each stage tile displays the count of candidates currently at that stage.
Click on any stage tile to retrieve the candidate details in the multiline.
Applying Search filters:
Source |
From the drop-down list box, select the required option. The combo is loaded with a list of sourcing channels. On selection, the records in the grid will be filtered based on that source. |
Status |
From the drop-down list box, select the required option. The combo is loaded with options based on the tile selection. On selection of an option, the records in the grid will be filtered based on that status. |

Performing bulk actions on candidates
From the drop-down list box, select the required option. The combo is loaded with options based on the tile selected.
Note: Bulk Actions can be performed only if multiple candidates with common current status are selected.
If the tile is selected as “Sourced”,
4The system retrives all the specific profiles sourced by the recruiter or coming in from system channles general profiles that have been shortlisted for that RFH with current status “Sourced” in the multiline
4The bulk action combo is loaded with “Add more sourced profiles” option.
4The status combo is loaded with “Sourced” option.
4Select the bulk action, status and click “Go” button to launch the “Add Sourced profiles” screen.
If the tile is selected as “Shortlisted”,
4The system retrives all the candidates in the system assisted shortlisting grid as well as manual shortlisting grid of the Profile screening and shortlisting UI against the RFH in the multiline
4The bulk aciton combo is loaded with “Shortlisted”, “On Hold”, “Rejected” and “Select” as options.
4The status combo is loaded with “On Hold”, “Shortlisted”, “Selected”, “Rejected” amd “Blank” as options.
4 Select multiple candidates with current status as “On Hold” or “Blank”, bulk action as “Shortlisted” and click “Go” button to shortlist those candidates.
4Select multiple candidates with current status as “On Hold” or “Blank”, bulk action as “Selected” and click “Go” button to directly select those candidates.
4Select multiple candidates with current status as “Blank”, bulk action as “On Hold” and click “Go” button to directly select those candidates
4Select multiple candidates with current status a “Blank” or “On Hold”, bulk action as “Rejected” and click “Go” button to directly reject those candidates
If the tile is selected as any selection stage (eg: Functional Interview or HR Interview)
4The system retrives all the candidates against the stage to the multiline
4The bulk action combo is loaded with “Clear to next stage” and “Assess Candidates” as options.
4The status combo is loaded with “Cleared”, “On Hold”, “Selected”, “Rejected”, “Scheduled” and “Blank” as options.
4 Select multiple candidates with current status as “On Hold”, bulk action as “Clear to next stage” and click “Go” button to move the candidates to the next stage.
4Select multiple candidates with current status as “Scheduled”, bulk action as “Assess Candidates” and click “Go” button to proceed to completing the candidate assessment.
4If the candidate has not been assessed then he/she cannot be cleared to the next stage.
If the tile chosen is “Selected”,
4The system retrives all the candidates who have been selected in the multiline
4The bulk action combo is loaded with “Stand By For Offer”, “Consider For Offer”, “Release Offer" and “Authorize Offer” as options.
4The status combo is loaded with “Consider For Offer”, “Stand by For Offer”, “Offer Authorized” and “Blank” as options.
4 Select multiple candidates with current status as “Blank”, bulk action as “Consider For Offer” or “Stand By For Offer” and click “Go” button to update the status accordingly.
4Select multiple candidates with current status as “Offer Authorized”, bulk action as “Release Offer” and click “Go” button to update the status as offer released.
4Select multiple candidates with current status as “Consider for Offer”, bulk action as “Authorize Offer” and click “Go” button to update the status as offer authorized. Offer authorization can be done in bulk only if the compensation fitment has been authorized.
If the tile is selected as “Offer Released”,
4The system retrives all the candidates against the RFH with offer status as released in the multiline
4The bulk action combo is loaded with “Offer Accepted”, “Offer Rejected " and “Offer Under Negotiation” as options.
4The status combo is loaded with “Offer Accepted”, “Offer Rejected”, “Offer Under Negotiation” and “Blank” as options.
4 Select multiple candidates with current status as “Blank” or ““Offer Under Negotiation”, bulk action as “Offer Accepted” and click “Go” button to update the status as offer accepted.
4Select multiple candidates with current status as “Blank”, bulk action as “Offer Under Negotiation” and click “Go” button to update the status as offer under negotiation.
4Select multiple candidates with current status as “Blank” or “Offer Under Negotiation”, bulk action as “Offer Rejected” and click “Go” button to update the status as offer rejected.
If the tile is selected as “Offer Accepted”,
4The system retrives all the candidates against the RFH with offer acceptance status accepted in the multiline
4The bulk action combo is loaded with “Perform Onboarding” as option.
4The status combo is loaded with “Offer Accepted” and “Blank” as options.
Select multiple candidates with current status as “Blank” or ““Offer Accepted”, bulk action as “Perform Onboarding” and click “Go” button to proceed to the perform applicant onboarding phase
If the tile is selected as “Joined”,
4The system retrives all the candidates against the RFH whose onboarding is authorized having actual date of joining in the multiline.
4The bulk action combo is not loaded with any options.
4The status combo is loaded with “Joined” as option.
4 You can just view the joined candidates but cannot take any bulk action in this case
