Objective Analysis Report - A summary of the activity

Through this activity, you can generate reports to view the objective analysis details.  This report fetches the employees, their joining date, service in years, overall rating percentage, objective and objective rating for whom the appraisal objectives matches the search criterion.  For the employees mapped to the appraisal calendar, for every objective, the system computes the average of rating entered by different appraisers.  This average derived is matched with the rating from and to entered.  If more than 1 objective search is executed then the system fetches those employees who are mapped to the calendar and whose average rating for each objective matches the given rating range.

The system groups the report by employment unit, department, discipline and position.
