Appraisal Administration - An Overview
The Appraisal Administration component enables efficient management of employee appraisal. The various tasks involved in the appraisal process are carried out in the following steps:
Appraiser mapping for employees
Employee appraisal rating
Personal goal setting
Authorization / Un-authorization of appraisal
This component allows you to do the rating entries on behalf of the appraisers, by selecting an employee and recording the ratings against the given appraiser code. Once the ratings for individual objective types are completed, the employee’s goal setting is recorded and the appraisal can be closed by Authorising it.
You can un-authorize any appraisal that is previously authorized by the appraiser and modify the record, before the particular appraisal calendar is closed.
Appraisal Performance Review – Administrator
The individual appraisers need to record appraisal ratings for an employee. In certain cases the HOD/Administrator may need to record the ratings provided by the appraiser. This activity enables you to do the rating entries on behalf of the appraisers. You can select an employee and record the ratings against the given appraiser code.
Record Appraisal Setup
This activity allows you to record the list of appraisers mapped for an employee. Additional provisions are also given to automatically map the supervisors as the appraisers for all the employees, and to map additional appraisers for the employees.
Un-authorize Appraisal
This activity allows you to select a previously authorized record and un-authorize it, in case of any genuine reason. Appraisals can be unauthorized and modified until the particular appraisal calendar is closed.
