Viewing a non-recurring pay element mapped to the payset

Select “Non-Recurring Pay Element” hyperlink in the “Map Payset- Pay Element” page.
The “Non-Recurring Pay Element” page appears.
The system displays the following fields.

Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. Tell me more |

Payset Definition Unit |
The payroll definition unit selected in the previous page. |
|
Payroll Description |
The payroll selected in the previous page. |
|
Payset Code |
The payset selected in the previous page. |
|
Payset Description |
The description of the payset selected. |
|
Pay Element |
The code of the pay element selected in the previous page. |
|
Pay Element Description |
The description of the pay element selected. |
|
Amount |
The amount, if the value of the pay element is a flat amount. |
|
Rule |
The rule name, if the value of the pay element is based on a rule. The rule is stored in the Stored Procedure Builder. |

The system calculates the value of the pay element, based on this rule | |

Effective from Process period |
The process period for which the pay element is to be processed |
To view comments
Select the book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered previously, if any.
You can view, the content.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton from the web page toolbar to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
