View Payment Details  - A summary of the activity

Through this activity, you can view all the processed salary payment details for a specific payroll, process period and finance book.

Viewing payment details involves selecting a payroll payment unit and a payroll. The process period and the finance book for which salary payment details are to be viewed must also be specified.

In response to these specifications, the system displays the following details of the selected payroll for a specified process period.

•  Each payment mode through which payments are made.

• The total amount paid through this payment mode.

• The currency in which the payments are made

• The payment status of each payment mode.
