Viewing a compensation frequency
The “View Compensation Frequency” page appears.
The system displays the following fields
Date Format |
The date format set applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
Compensation Frequency Code |
The unique code that identifies the compensation frequency record you selected in the previous page |
Compensation Frequency Description |
The description of the compensation frequency |
The first row of the “Compensation Frequency Matrix” multiline displays “Rated Frequency”, “Active” and all the units of time except “Hour”. Under the “Rated Frequency” cell, the same units of time are also listed vertically downward, with “Hour” included as a unit of time.
Given below is a description of the fields.
Row number |
The serial number for each row of the multiline |
Rated Frequency |
The units of time such as Hour, Day Week, based on which the compensation is fixed. If the compensation is $100 per day, the rated frequency is Day |
The rated frequency is the unit of time that you require to convert to other units of time | |
Active |
For each multiline row of conversion details, “Yes” or “No” is displayed “Yes” indicates that this conversion is activated for the organizational group while “No” indicates otherwise. |
For each time unit listed under the “Rated Frequency” column, for example Day, you can view the conversion factor that will convert it into each of the other units of time listed across the multiline. (Day, Week Bi-week, Week, etc.).
The conversion factor is a number, which is displayed in the specific multiline cell where Day on the Y-axis converges with Week on the X-axis. If the number is 6, for example, it indicates that 6 days are equal to 1 week.

Select the “Book” icon that appears beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box.
