Language

The language you selected in the previous page is displayed. 

 

From the “Language” drop-down list box, you can select any other language, to retrieve the record in the selected language.

Save in Language

By default the record is saved in the language selected in the beginning.

 

Select the language in which you wish to save the modifications, from the drop-down list box.

Applicable To

You can modify the existing organization mapping of the period unit, by selecting one out of the following three options from the drop-down list box: “All Org. Units”, “Login Org. Units” or “Selective Org. Units”. If you select

 
  • "All Org. Units”, you indicate that the period unit record must be made available to all Organizational Units.

 
  • "Login Org. Units”, you indicate that the period unit record must be made available to Login Organizational Unit of the login user.

 
  • “Selective Org. Units”, you indicate that the period unit record must be made available only to specific Organizational Units. The actual mapping of the Period Unit record to the Organizational Units is done in a separate page called “Map Org. Units”.

 
  • "Existing Units” Mapped Org. Units” refers to maintaining the most recent mapping of the applicable organization units.

 Note: If you change the “Applicability To” field to “Selective Org. Unit”, the actual mapping must be done in the “Map Org. Units” page. Remember to save the details in the current page, before opening the “Map Org. Units” page

Conversion factor

Specify the new conversion factor of the period unit with relation to the base period unit. For example if the base period is Hour and the period unit is Day, the conversion factor is 8 (hours).
