The period unit defined for the attendance type.

From Date

The date from which the employee’s attendance units are recorded. This is specific for the employee’s assignment, the attendance type and process period.

To Date

The date until which the employee’s attendance units are recorded.

Note: Attendance units refer to period units

Attendance Units

The number of period units attended between the ‘From Date’ and the ‘To Date’.

Cost Center Code

The code of the cost center to which the employee is mapped. 

Booth No.

The booth number of the swipe-in/swipe-out system, at which an employee records his attendance.

Cost Center Description

For an employee-assignment attendance record already processed, you can carry out date-wise modifications. Note that these attendance recordings are displayed only if the mode of attendance entry for the attendance code is either ARS or Formula-based. The “Modify Processed Attendance” page displays the number of attendance units attended by the employee, for a date range. This date range is within the boundaries of the process period. When the mode of attendance entry of the attendance code is ARS, the cost center and the number of the attendance booth where the employee swiped in his/her attendance are also displayed.
