Entering the bonus components percentage

Select the “Employee Bonus Component Percentage” link from left pane.
The “Employee Bonus Components Percentage” page appears.
The system displays following.
Date Format |
The date format as applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
Enter the following.
Organization Unit |
From the drop-down list, select the required organization unit. Tell me more |
Payroll Calendar |
From the drop-down list, select the required payroll calendar. |
Bonus Components |
From the drop-down list, select the required bonus component. The drop-down list displays the values “Fixed Component”, and “Flexi Component”. |
Payable Period |
The process period in which the bonus element is payable to the employee(s). Help Available |
Department |
The department to which the employees belong, if you want to specify the bonus component percentage for all employees in the department. Help Available Enter the department if you want to narrow down the search of the records. |
Select the “Get” pushbutton to retrieve the existing entries, if any.
Enter / edit the following in the multiline.
Employee Code |
The unique code that identifies an employee. Help Available |
Employee Name |
The system displays the name of the employee corresponding to the employee code that you entered. |
Fixed Percent |
The bonus fixed component percentage that is payable to the employee(s). You can enter the value only if the bonus component selected is “Fixed Component”. |
Flexi Option |
From the drop-down list, select the required flexi option. The drop-down list displays the values “Flexi 1 %”, and “Flexi 2 %”. |
Flexi Percent |
The system displays the percentage value entered for the specific flexi option from the company level bonus rates screen. |
New Flexi Percent |
The new bonus component percentage that is payable to the employee(s). You can enter the value only if the bonus component selected is “Flexi Component”. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton.
The system saves the details entered.
