Employee Bonus Components Percentage (Flexi Bonus) - A summary of the activity
This activity enables you to enter the bonus components percentage for the bonus type, “Profit Sharing”. You can modify the percentage already mentioned in the “Bonus Rates Screen” at company level for an employee.
To define the bonus components percentage, you are to specify the following details:
The organization unit for which the rates will be applicable.
The Payroll Calendar to which the payable process period is mapped.
The bonus component for which you want to specify the percentage.
The employee code for which want to specify the percentage .
The process period in which the employees must be paid the bonus amount.
In addition, you can modify the details that you have already entered. The new bonus percentage that you entered for the employee will override the percentage entered in the “Bonus Rates Screen”.
