View Processed Salary Accounting Details  - A summary of the activity

Through this page, you can view details of processed salary accounting for a payroll. These details can be viewed cost center wise, account wise or by both cost center and account.

Viewing account-wise details: To view salary accounting details account-wise, you can choose any finance book applicable for a given payroll, and view the salary accounting details for a finance book. These details consist of the following, for a specified process period:

•  The ID of the finance book selected.

•  The Account number in which the accounting details are recorded. 

•  The currency code in which payments are made (Payset currency)

Apart from these details, you can also view the total debit and credit values of the finance book account. These values depend upon the option you selected to view the salary accounting details.

Viewing cost center-wise details: If you selected the cost center-wise option, the system will display the cost centers corresponding debit and credit values. These details consist of the following, for a specified process period:

•  The ID of the finance book selected.

•  The cost center codes 

•  The currency code in which payments are made (Payset currency)

Viewing cost center-wise and account wise details:  You can view accounting details of both the cost center wise and account for a finance book. Select the “Account – Cost Center” option to get Financial entry for account – cost center.
