Viewing self appraisal parameters details
Select the “View Self Appraisal And Additional Parameters” link from the left pane.
The “View Self Appraisal And Additional Parameters” page appears.
Enter the following
Appraisal Setup Unit |
The drop-down list box displays the set of organization units in which the Appraisal Setup component is deployed. Tell me more. From the “Appraisal Setup Unit” drop-down list box, select the organization unit where the self appraisal parameters has been defined. |
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Employment Unit |
From the “Employment Unit” drop-down list, select the organization unit that interacts with the Appraisal Setup Unit for which the self appraisal parameters are to be viewed. This organization unit must hold the Employment Information component. |
Appraisal Type |
Select the appraisal type under which the parameters for self appraisal must be viewed. |
Appraisal Calendar Code |
Enter the code of the appraisal calendar for which the parameters for self appraisal must be viewed. Help Available |
Calendar Short Description |
If you select the appraisal calendar code through Help, the system will display the short description of the calendar. |
Select the “Get Details” pushbutton.
The multiline displays the following details of each group of employees for whom self appraisal is applicable, and the parameters set for this employee group
Department Code |
The name of the department for whose employees the self appraisal parameters will be applicable. |
Job Title |
The title of the job, to indicate that the self appraisal parameters will be applicable to all employees holding this job title. |
Job Level |
The level of the job, to indicate that the self appraisal parameters will be applicable to all employees at this job level. |
Position Title |
The title of the position, to indicate that the self appraisal parameters will be applicable to all employees holding this position title. |
Grade Set |
The description of the grade set, to indicate that the self appraisal parameters will be applicable to all employees in this grade set. |
Grade |
The description of the grade, to indicate that the self appraisal parameters will be applicable to all employees in this grade. |
Mandatory Before Appraisal |
“Yes” is displayed, if self appraisal is mandatory before appraisal. Otherwise, “No” is displayed |
Include in Overall Rating |
“Yes” is displayed, if the system will take into account the employee’s self appraisal ratings, during the consolidated rating of the employee. Otherwise, “No” is displayed |
Rating Pattern |
The rating pattern, to indicate that the self appraisal parameters will be applicable to all employees in this rating pattern. |
System Rating Basis |
The system rating basis, to indicate that the self appraisal parameters will be applicable to all employees in this system rating basis. |
Remarks |
Any remark pertaining to the self appraisal parameters for this group of employees. |
