View Self Appraisal Parameters - A summary of the activity

Through this activity you can view the parameters that will govern the self appraisal of different groups of employees. Different groups of employees refer to employees belonging to a specific department, position, grade set, grade, job, etc, or to different combinations of these.

The parameters that you can view for each employee group are as follows:

•  Whether self appraisal is mandatory before appraisal.

• Whether the self appraisal ratings will be taken into account when the consolidated rating of the employee is calculated after completion of appraisal.
