When you group employees by “Appraisal Rating Grade”, “Appraisal Rating From”, and “Appraisal Rating To”

Ensure that that the range of rates you specify in the “Appraisal Rating From” and “Appraisal Rating To” field will conform to the rates applicable for the “Appraisal Rating Grade” you had selected.

For example, 80.1 to 90 could represent the grade “Very Good”, while 90.1 to 100 could represent the grade “Excellent”. If you choose “Very good” in the “Appraisal Rating Grade” field, you are to ensure that the range of rates must be within 80.1 to 90. If you were to choose 80.1 to 85, for instance, you will refer to all employees who were given the grade “Very Good” and whose ratings were within 80.1 to 85.
