View Performance Bonus/Increment Rates - A summary of the activity

Through this activity you can view the performance bonus rate and/or the salary increment, for specific groups of employees.  Employees are grouped on factors such as

•  Department

•  Position

• The period of service, for example, all employees who have been in the company’s service from January 1 2003 until December 32 2003

• The appraisal rating or grade, for example, all employees whose appraisal ratings have been “Excellent”

• The period of appraisal rating, for example, all employees who have been appraised from the period June 1 2003 to October 12003

For each such group, you can view the performance bonus rate or the salary increment as a percentage of base salary. Sometimes, a flat amount is added or subtracted from the percentage of base salary as an adjustment amount.
