You can enter this page in one of the following links.

The system displays the following details from the “Perform Employee Appraisal” page:

Date Format

The date format that is applicable to the login user.

Employment Unit

The employment unit of the employee.

Employee

The employee code and name of the employee for whom the appraisal was performed in the “Perform Employee Appraisal” page.

Assignment No.

The assignment number of the employee.

Joining Date

The date of joining of the employee

Appraisal Type

The type of appraisal performed for the employee. It could be one of the following:

  •  Annual Appraisal

  • Confirmation Appraisal

  •  Contract End Appraisal  

  • Any other user-defined through quick codes

Confirmation Date

 The date on which the employee was confirmed in the organization.

Period From

The date from which the appraiser is mapped to the appraisee.

Period To

 The date until which the appraiser is mapped to the appraisee.

Status

The status of the employee’s appraisal. It can be one of the following:

  • Pending: The appraiser is yet to appraise the employee

  • Completed: The appraiser has completed the appraisal for the employee. In other words, the appraiser has marked the “Have you completed Appraising' flag as 'Yes'.

  • In-progress: The appraiser has started the appraisal for the employee but not completed it yet

Appraisal Calendar Code

From the drop-down list box, select the code of the appraisal calendar in which the employee’s appraisal will fall.

Appraiser

From the drop-down list box, select the employee code of the appraiser whose evaluation of the employee is to be viewed.

Note: The system displays the last three completed appraisals only

Calendar Short Description

A short description of the appraisal calendar you selected

Parameter Category

The parameter category defined at the employee level.

Weightage Computation Level

The weightage computation level defined for the appraisal calendar and Parameter Category.

Appraiser’s Employment Unit

The employment unit to which the selected appraiser belongs

Performance Evaluation

The “Performance Evaluation” multiline displays the following

Objective Group

The objective group on which employee has been appraised.

Objective Type

The type of an objective on which employee has been appraised.

Objective Description

A brief description of each objective. Tell me more.

Objective Detailed Description (Desired Outcome/Targets)

A detailed description of the objective.

Unit of Measure

The unit of measure of the quantitative target.

Quantitative Target

The quantitative target defined for the objective group and type.

Self Quantitative Achievement

The self quantitative achievement of the employee against this objective.

Self Achievement %

The self quantitative achievement of the employee against this objective specified in percentage.

Quantitative Achievement

The quantitative achievement of the employee against this objective.

Quantitative Achievement %

The quantitative achievement of the employee against this objective specified in percentage.

Achievement

The employee’s achievement against this objective.

Weightage

 A number to indicate the weightage assigned to the objective, with respect to the other objectives listed in the multiline.

Weightage (in %)

The weightage assigned to the objective, in percentage. See example below

System Rating

The system rating applicable for this objectives.

System Rate Grade

The system rate grade that indicates the performance of the employee for this objective.

Self Rating

The employee’s rating of the objective, carried out through self-appraisal.

Self Rate Grade

The self rate grade that indicates the performance of the employee for this objective

Appraiser Rating

The rating given by the appraiser for the objective.

Rate Grade

The rate grade given by the selected appraiser, to indicate the performance of the employee for this objective

Weighted Score %

The weighted score of the employee for this objective.

Employee Remarks

The employee remarks or comments regarding the performance evaluation details.

Appraiser Assessment / Comments

The selected appraiser’s assessment/comments for this objective, as free text.

Rating Pattern

The rating pattern applicable for this objective.

Reviewer Rating

The rating given by the reviewer for the objective.

Reviewer Rating Grade

The rate grade given by the selected reviewer, to indicate the performance of the employee for this objective.

Reviewer Remarks

The reviewer remarks or comments regarding the performance evaluation details.

View Supporting Document

The supporting document attached for this objective.

Other duties/projects undertaken

The “Other Duties/Projects Undertaken” multiline displays the following

Objective Group

The objective group from which you require to view the objectives.

Objective Type

The type of an objective from which you require to view objectives.

Assignments Undertaken

Each assignment undertaken by the employee during the period of the appraisal calendar, which was required to be evaluated. This is displayed as free text.

Desired Outcomes/Targets

The desired outcomes/targets expected of the employee, for the assignment. This is displayed as free text.

Achievement

The achievement against this assignment, as free text, entered by the selected appraiser

Self Rating

The employee’s rating of the assignment, carried out through self-appraisal.

Self Rate Grade

The self rate grade that indicates the performance of the employee for this assignment

Weightage

A number to indicate the weightage assigned to the assignment, with respect to the other assignments listed in the multiline.

Weightage (in %)

The weightage assigned to the assignment, in percentage. See example below

Rating Pattern

The rating pattern applicable for this objective.

Appraiser Rating

The rating given by the appraiser for the objective.

The rate grade that indicates the performance of the employee for this assignment.

  View Past Appraisal

Through this page, the employee/appraiser/countersigning officer can view the details of the employee's self-appraisal. The details consist of self-ratings for the same objectives and assignments against which the employee was appraised in the “Perform Employee Appraisal” activity. The self ratings for each objective and each assignment are in the form of
