Through this activity, an appraiser can select a subordinate employee, and review the objectives against which he must evaluate this employee. The objectives will be those mapped already to the appraiser through the “Record Appraiser Mapping” activity.

The appraiser can edit these objectives and their weightages. Additionally, he can approve each objective individually, or approve them all in bulk.
