In search criteria

The system displays the following:

Department

The name of the department.

Date Format

The date that is applicable to the login user. If the user does not define the date format, the system will display the date format applicable to the Organization unit, which is defined in the “Enterprise Model Company Definitions”.

Employee

The name and unique code of the employee. The system displays the value selected in the “Select Employee” page.

Employee Type

The type of the employee’s job. The employee type indicates if the selected employee is a regular employee or has been hired on contract for a limited period or is a consultant etc.

Recording  Training Information 

Note: For a new training information record, the fields and drop-down list boxes will be blank. For an existing record, the system displays the values specified previously.

Training Name

Enter the name of the training course, the employee had undergone before joining the government.

Institution

Enter the institution where the employee has undergone the training program.

From Date

Enter the date of commencement of the training program.

To Date

Enter the end date of the training

Place of Training

Enter the name of the city/town of training

Remarks

Enter the remarks relevant to the training program.
