Maintaining employee asset details
Select the “Maintain Employee Asset Details” link under the “Employee Personal Information” business component.
The “Maintain Employee Asset Details” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Enter the following
|
Organization Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the organization unit of the employee. |
|
Employee Code |
The unique code identifying the employee. |
The system displays the following.

Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
|
Department Long Description |
An elaborate description of the department. |
|
Date of Joining |
The date on which the employee joined the organization. |
Enter the following:

Asset |
From the drop-down list box, select the asset allocated to the employee. Example, “Vehicle”. |
|
Status |
From the drop-down list box, select any one of the following statuses of the asset allocated to the employee.
|
|
Impact on Payroll |
From the drop-down list box, select “Yes”, to indicate that the asset allocated to the employee has an impact on the employee’s payroll. Otherwise select “No”. |
|
Details |
Any other details of the asset allocated to the employee. |
|
Size |
The size of the asset allocated to the employee. |
|
Quantity |
The quantity of asset allocated to the employee. |
|
Date of Issue |
The date on which the asset was allocated to the employee. |
|
Date of Return |
The date on which the asset was returned to the organization. |
|
Reference Number1 |
The first reference number for the asset allocated to the employee. |
|
Reference Number 2 |
The second reference number for the asset allocated to the employee. |
|
Remarks |
Any additional remarks pertaining to the asset allocated to the employee. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton.
