Select “View Employee Leave Status” from the left pane.
The "View Employee Leave Status” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Employee Code |
The employee code of the supervisor who requires to view the leave status of subordinate employees. |
To select through search criteria
Enter some or all of the following:
Employee Code |
Enter the code of the employee whose leave status records are to be viewed. To view the employee codes containing specific characters, enter the starting character(s) of the employee codes. |
Employee Name |
Enter the employee name whose leave status records are to be viewed. To view the employee names containing specific characters, enter the starting character(s) of the employee codes. |
From Date |
The starting date from which you wish to view the employee’s leave status |
To Date |
The date unto which you wish to view the employee’s leave status. |
Department |
The name of the department to which the employee belongs. |
Work Location |
The work location of the employee. |
Position |
The name of the position being held by the employee. |
Job |
The job title of the employee. |
Grade Set |
The gradeset to which the employee belongs. |
Grade |
The grade to which the employee belongs. |
Leave Type |
From the drop down list box, select a leave type for which leave must be adjusted. For example leave type can be casual leave, privilege leave etc. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton. The system displays the following fields in “Search Results” multiline.
Leave Type |
The type of leave for which the employee has applied. For example, the leave type can be casual leave, privilege leave or sick leave etc. Note that if you had selected the search criteria “Leave Type”, the multiline will display the leave requests of the selected leave type only. |
Employee Code |
The employee code of each employee satisfying the search criteria. |
Employee Name |
The employee’s name |
Appln. Count |
The total number of leave applications applied by an employee, specific to the leave type. This refers to the total number of authorized and unauthorized leave applications. |
Department |
The name of the department to which the employee belongs. |
Work Location |
The work location of the employee. |
Position |
The name of the position being held by the employee. |
Job |
The job title of the employee. |
Grade Set |
The gradeset to which the employee belongs. |
Grade |
The grade to which the employee belongs. |

In the multiline, check the “Select” box pertaining to the employee whose leave summary or status you require to view.
Select the “View Leave Application Status” link from the bottom of the “View Employee Leave Status” page, to view the status of leave applications of the selected employee.
Select the “View Leave Summary” link from the bottom of the “View Employee Leave Status” page, to view the leave summary of the selected employee.
