Through this activity, you can plan the applicant’s salary by taking into consideration his/her current salary. To this end, the HR user can also use the internal equity details as a reference norm.
To perform salary fitment for an applicant, you are to specify the following details.
The currency in which the salary is to be paid.
The rated frequency at which the applicant’s salary is to be computed.
The base salary details of the applicant.
The payment frequency.
The pay element applicable to the applicant.
The earnings/deductions for the applicant.
Based on these details, you can compute the gross pay for the applicant and propose a salary for the applicant.
