Posting a Resume: Through this activity, the resume details of the applicant can be recorded for processing. The resume can be posted by the applicant, sourcing consultants/service providers, Human Resource managers etc. Resume posting may or may not be against a specific hire request made for an existing vacancy in the organization. The screening, evaluation and other decisions pertaining to hiring of the applicant are based on the information provided in the resume. The posting resume activity serves as the first phase of interaction between the applicant and the organization. Before providing resume details, you are to specify a unique resume ID and set a password for accessing your resume, which you can use later to search and view the status of your resume.

Entering Mandatory Information:For posting a resume, you are to specify the following details that are mandatory:

The system provides the flexibility of saving the resume as a draft, which you can access later  to make the necessary changes and submit for processing. The resumes saved as draft will not be shortlisted.  Only resumes that are submitted will be considered for a vacancy.

Entering Additional Information:On submitting a resume, you can enter the following additional details, if required.  This information is not mandatory.
