Viewing resume

Select “View Resume” hyperlink at the bottom of the page.
The “View Resume” page appears.
The system displays the following detail at the top right of the page.

Date Format

The date format that is applicable to the login user.

More Details

You can view the following details in the “Personal Information” fields.

First Name	The first name of the applicant. For example, if the full name is Jennifer Ann Campbell, the first name is Jennifer.
Middle Name	The middle name of the applicant. For example, if the full name is Jennifer Ann Campbell, the middle name is Ann.
Last Name	The last name of the applicant. For example, if the full name is Jennifer Ann Campbell, the last name is Campbell.
Date of Birth	The applicant’s date of birth.
Country of Origin	The name of the country in which the applicant were born.
Marital Status	The marital status of the applicant.
Height	The height of the applicant.
Weight	The weight of the applicant.
Ex-Employee	Indicates if the applicant has worked in the organization previously or otherwise. “Yes” indicates that the applicant worked in the organization previously, “No” indicates otherwise.
Category	The category of the applicant’s job, if he/she were an ex-employee of the organization.

You can view the following contact information details of the applicant in the “Contact Information” cluster box.

Address	The complete mailing address of the applicant.
Country	The name of the country pertaining to the address.
State	The name of the state pertaining to the address.
Postal Code	The postal area code pertaining to the address.
Phone 1	The phone number at the displayed address.
Phone 2	The second phone number of the applicant.
Fax	The fax number at the displayed address.
Mobile	The mobile number of the applicant.
E-Mail	The email address of the applicant.
Home Page	The home page address of the applicant, if any.

You can view the following details in the “Educational Qualifications” fields.

Qualification 1	The qualification of the applicant, for example, MBA, Computer Science, Engineering etc.
Specify, if Other	The description of any other qualification possessed by the applicant.
Specialization	The applicant’s specialization in the qualification.
Institution	The name of the institution in which the applicant studied.
Year of Passing	The year in which the applicant completed the specified qualification.
Major	The applicant’s major academic subjects.
Minor	The applicant’s minor academic subjects.
Score	The marks the applicant scored in the subjects.
Maximum Score	The maximum marks against which the applicant scored the marks.
Remarks	The remarks entered with regard to the qualification details specified.

To view remarks

Select the book icon beside the “Remarks” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the remarks entered, if any.
You can view the content in the dialog box.
Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.

Specify, if other	The other qualification of the applicant.
Specialization	The applicant’s specialization in the qualification. For example, if the qualification specified is MBA, the applicant can specify the specialization as HR, Systems etc.

Total Months of Experience	The applicant’s total work experience computed in number of months.
Relevant Months of Work Experience	The duration of work experience which is relevant to the job for which the applicant submitted the resume.
From	The date from which the applicant worked in the previous organization to gain the specified work experience.
To	The date till which the applicant worked in the previous organization to gain the specified work experience.
Organization	The name of the organization in which the applicant worked.
Industry Type/Sector	The industry type/sector to which the specified organization pertains. For example, engineering, pharmaceutical, software etc.
Organization Type	The organization type to which the specified organization belongs, for example, listed company, association etc.
Designation	The applicant’s designation in the specified organization.
Location	The name of the place at which the specified organization is situated.
Gross Annual Compensation	The applicant’s total income per year.
Job Responsibilities	The work responsibilities that the applicant’s previous job involved.

To view job responsibilities

Select the book icon beside the “Job Responsibilities” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the specified job responsibilities.

Name	The name of the reference person.
Type	The reference type, for example, internal or external.
Is Internal	Indicates if the reference specified is internal or external.
Designation	The designation of the reference person.
Organization	The name of the organization in which the reference person is employed.
Contact Information	The contact information of the reference person.
Name	The name of the reference person.
Type	The contact type, for example, holiday, residential etc.
Is Internal	Indicate if the reference specified is internal or external. Select “Yes” or “No” from the drop-down list box to accordingly indicate. “Yes” indicates the reference is internal, “No” indicates the reference is external.

Description of the Document	The description of the document used as identification by the applicant, for example, Passport, Driving License etc.
Document No	The registered number of the document
Issued On	The date on which the specified document was issued.
Competency	The description of the competency the applicant possesses.
Language	The language known to the applicant.
Proficiency	The proficiency level of the applicant in the specified language such as, Read, Write, Speak etc.

You can view the following details in the “Preferences, if any” fields.

Job Type	The type of job which the applicant prefers to have.
Industry Type/Sector	The industry type/sector to which the job pertains to, for example, software, pharmaceutical, engineering etc.
Location	The place at which the applicant prefers to work.
Willing to Travel	Indicates if the applicant is willing to travel or otherwise.
Available From	The date from which the applicant will be available to join the organization, if selected.
Gross Annual Compensation	The total earnings per year of the applicant.
Any Other Preferences	Any other work related preferences specified by the applicant.

To view the other preferences

Select the book icon beside the “Any Other Preferences” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the other preferences of the applicant, if any.
You can view the content.
Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.

Staffing Agency, if applicable	Indicates if the applicant’s resume is being processed through a staffing agency or otherwise.
Additional Information	Any other additional information provided by the applicant.

Select the book icon beside to view additional information in the "Additional Information” field. The system displays a dialog box containing any additional information specified.
