Select the hyperlink on the required exercise in the “Select Exercise To View Rating” page.
The “View Exercise Rating” page appears.
The system displays the following details at the top of the page.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Exercise |
The name of the exercise selected in the “Select Exercise for Rating” page. |
Organization |
The name of the organization for which the exercise was conducted. |
Position Title |
The name of the position, for example, Manager, Senior Executive etc., for which the exercise was conducted. |
Department |
The department to which the position pertains to. |
Job Title |
The title of the job applicable to the position. |
Exercise Conducted Date |
The date on which the exercise was conducted. |
Venue |
The name of the place at which the exercise was conducted. |
Specify the following detail.
Assessor |
The name of the internal/external assessor viewing exercise ratings for the selected applicant. From the drop down list box select the name of the assessor. |
Decide Rating Level |
Indicates if you want to view exercise ratings at the exercise level, competency level or competency element level. The system displays the specified rating level. |
The system lists in the “List of Applicant’s” multiline, the names of the applicants who have undertaken the selected exercise. You can view the exercise scores in numeric ratings or rating by grade based on how the system parameters are set.
Applicant name |
The name of the applicant who has undergone the selected exercise. |
Note: You can evaluate the applicant for an exercise in two methods viz., numeric rating and rating by grade. The required rating choice can be set in the system parameters during installation.
In the numeric rating option, the maximum score for an exercise can be set as 100, 120, 150 etc., against which the performance of the applicant can be rated numerically.
In the rating by grade option, different grades for example “Excellent”, “Good”, “Average”, “Poor” etc., can be set in the system parameters during installation. A corresponding numeric score range can be associated with each grade. For example, for a maximum score of 100, the applicant scores ranging from 80-100 can be associated with the grade “Excellent” and scores ranging from 60-80 can be associated with the grade “Good” etc.
Numeric Rating |
The score, for example, 80, 67, 59 etc., achieved by the applicant in the selected exercise, against a maximum of 100, 120, 150 etc., set in the system parameters. |
Rating by Grade |
The grade, for example, “Excellent”, “Good”, “Average” etc., achieved by the applicant in the selected exercise. |
Remarks |
The remarks you want to enter with regard to the applicant’s performance in the selected exercise. |
Application ID |
The unique code to identify the application. |
Comments |
The comments specified with regard to the exercise ratings. |
Select the book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the specified comments.
You can view the content.
Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
Select the “View Competency Ratings” hyperlink to view the competency ratings of the selected employee.
Select the “View Vacancy Details” hyperlink to view the details of the vacancy for which the applicant has applied.
Select the “View Resume” pushbutton to view the resume of the applicant.
