Select “Record Your Grievance” hyperlink to record your grievance if you have chosen direct entry mode.
Select the hyperlinked grievance no. in the multiline to record your grievance if you have chosen search criteria mode of entry.
The “Record Grievance” page appears.
The system displays the following from the previous page
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Employee |
The name of the employee who wants to record the grievance |
Assignment No. |
The assignment number of the employee. |
Enter the following
Grievance Type |
From the drop-down list, select the type of grievance. For example, it could be Union/Employee/ Administration etc |
Grievance |
The grievance of the employee that is to be recorded |
Attach Document |
The grievance document to be attached. Click the icon beside the field to browse and select the file you want to attach. |
Grievance Details |
The additional details of the grievance of the employee that is to be recorded. Select the icon beside the field to enter more details. |
The details of the grievances are forwarded to the employees who can handle the grievance
Enter the following in the multiline
Employee Code |
Enter the employee code of the employee to whom the grievance must be forwarded. Help Available |
If you retrieved the employee code using the Help icon, the system displays the following in the multiline.
Employment Unit |
The employment unit of the employee |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Select Submit button to record the grievance of the employee.
When you submit the grievance information, the system sends e-mails to the employees you had entered in the “Grievance Forward Details” multiline.
The system displays the following
Grievance No. |
A unique number, generated by the system, to identify the grievance |
Current Status |
The current status of the grievance changes to “Submitted”. |
Submission Date |
The date of submission of the grievance |
To view the updated status of the grievance
If one or more employees respond to the grievance, the system updates the following fields in the “Record Your Grievance” page
Response |
The response for the grievance, if the grievance has received a response. |
Responded On |
The date on which the grievance received a response. The date is displayed only if the “current status” field displays “responded”. |
Document |
The document attached during Response time can be viewed. |
Current Status |
The current status of the grievance. It could be one of the following:

Select the Delete button to delete the grievance of the employee.
The grievance can be deleted only if none of the persons to whom the grievance has been forwarded has responded to the grievance.
