Using online help

The  “Select Grievance” page appears.

The system displays the following

Date Format

The date format that is applicable to the login user.

Tell me more

Employee

The code and name of the login employee.

To select through Direct Entry

Use this method only for new grievance.

Assignment Number

Enter the employee assignment number

To select through Search Criteria

 In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.

Assignment No.

To retrieve all grievance records with a specific assignment number, type in the assignment number. Alternatively, type in the digit(s) in any combination with wild cards.

Grievance No.

To retrieve a particular grievance record with a specific grievance number, enter the grievance number. Alternatively, type in the digit(s) in any combination with wild cards.

Grievance Type

From the drop down list, select the grievance type to retrieve the records of the grievance with this grievance type.

For example the type of Grievance could be Union/Employee.

Current Status

From the drop-down list box, select any one of the following current statuses

  •  “Submitted”. This indicates that the grievance has been submitted.

  • “Responded”.  This indicates that the grievance has been responded

  • "Resolved". This indicates that the grievance has been resolved

The records of the particular status are fetched.

The multiline displays the following details of the grievance that satisfy your search criteria

Assign.

The assignment number of the employee.

Grievance No.

The unique number of the grievance.

Grievance Type

From the drop-down list, select the type of grievance.

For example, it could be -  Union/Employee/Administration etc;

Submission date

The date of submission of the grievance

Current Status

From the drop-down list, select the current status of the grievance. It could be one of the following:

  • “Submitted”. This indicates that the grievance has been submitted.

  • “Responded”. This indicates that the grievance has been responded

  • “Resolved”. This indicates that the grievance has been resolved.
