Select “Record Resolution Details” hyperlink to record the grievances if you have chosen Direct entry mode, or
Select the hyperlinked grievance number in the multiline if you have chosen “Search criteria” mode of entry.
The “Record Resolution Details” page appears
The system displays the following from the previous page
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user |
Grievance Administration Unit |
The administration unit of the grievance |
Employment Unit |
The employment unit to which the employee belongs |
Employee |
The name and employee code of the employee who recorded the grievance |
Assignment No. |
The assignment number of the employee. |
Grievance No. |
The unique number of the grievance, which was generated when the grievance was first recorded in the “Record Grievance” activity. |
Grievance Type |
The type of the grievance. For example the type of Grievance could be Union. |
Submission Date |
The date on which the grievance was submitted. |
Responded Date |
The date on which the grievance received a response |
Current Status |
The current status of the grievance could be any one of the following:

Grievance Logged By |
The employee name of the person who logged the grievance. |
Grievance |
The grievance of the employee. |
View Attachment |
The document attached while recording the grievance can be viewed. |
To record the resolution to the grievance
Enter the following
Grievance Status |
From the drop-down list, select any one of the following statuses for the grievance:

Resolution Details |
The resolution details pertaining to the grievance, as free text |
Attach Document |
The resolution document to be attached. Click the icon beside the field to browse and select the file you want to attach. |
Select the “Submit“ pushbutton, to submit the resolution details of the grievance. The current status of the grievance changes to “Resolved” when the resolution details are submitted.
When you submit the resolution details for the grievance, the system sends an e-mail to each employee who responded to the grievance, and to the employee who logged the grievance.
Select the “Delete“ pushbutton, to delete the resolution details of the grievance.
