The administration unit of the grievance.

Date Format

The date format that is applicable to the login user.

Employment Unit

The employment unit to which the employee belongs

Employee

The name and code of the employee who wants to record the grievance

Assignment No.

The assignment number of the employee.

Grievance No.

The unique number of the grievance.

Grievance Type

The type of the grievance.

For example the type of Grievance could be Union/Employee.

Submission Date

The date of submission of the grievance.

Responded Date

The date on which a response was recorded for the grievance.

Grievance Logged By

The name of the person who logged in the grievance.

Current Status

The current status of the grievance could be any one of the following:

  •  “Submitted”. This indicates that the grievance has been submitted.

  • “Responded”.  This indicates that the grievance has been responded

  • “Resolved”. This indicates that the grievance has been resolved.

Grievance

The grievance of the employee.

File ID

The unique file ID of the grievance, created when the grievance was filed.

Filed Date

The date on which the case was filed.

Suit Details

The details of the legal proceedings carried out for the grievance.

Attach Document

The legal document to be attached. Click the icon beside the field to browse and select the file you want to attach.
