Use this method if you know the grievance number

Grievance No.

Enter the grievance number.

To select through Search Criteria

 In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.

Employment Unit

From the drop-down list, select the employment unit for which you require to retrieve the grievance records. This refers to the organization unit that holds the Employment Information component.

Employee Code

To retrieve the grievance of all employees whose employee codes contain specific characters, type in the character(s) in any combination with wild cards.

Example. ECC1*, will search for those employee codes that start with ECC1. Other examples are *ECC1 and EC*C1.

Employee Name

To retrieve the grievance records of all employees whose employee names contain specific characters, type in the character(s) of these employee names in any combination with wild cards.

Example, Rob*, will search for those employee names that start with Rob. Other examples are *Rob and R*b*.

Assignment No.

To retrieve the grievance records of all employees whose assignments contain a specific number, type in the digit(s) in any combination with wild cards.

Grievance No.

To retrieve the grievance records of all employees with the specific grievance number, enter the grievance number or type in the digit(s) in any combination with wild cards.

Grievance Type

From the drop-down list, select the grievance type to retrieve the grievance records of all the employees holding a specific grievance. For example the type of Grievance could be Union/Employee.

Current Status

From the drop-down list, select any one of the following options to retrieve the grievance records with this current status.

  • “Submitted”: Select this, to indicate that you require to retrieve grievances that have been submitted.

  • “Responded”: Select this, to indicate that you require to retrieve grievances for which responses have been received.

  • “Resolved”: Select this, to indicate that you require to retrieve grievances that have been resolved.

Submission Date

Enter the date when the grievance was submitted, to retrieve the records of all the employees whose grievance has been submitted on the specific date.

Grievance Logged by

Enter the employee name, to retrieve the records of the grievance logged by this employee.

The multiline displays the following details that satisfy your search criteria

Employment Unit

The employment unit to which the employee belongs

Employee Code

The employee code of the employee

Employee Name

The name of the employee

Assign.

The assignment number of the employee.

Grievance No.

The unique number of the grievance.

Grievance Type

The type of grievance. Examples of the type of Grievance could be Union/Employee.

Current Status

The current status could be any one of the following.

  • “Submitted”. This indicates that the grievance has been submitted.

  • “Responded”.  This indicates that the grievance has been responded

  • “Resolved”. This indicates that the grievance has been resolved.

Submission Date

The date on which the grievance was submitted.

Grievance Logged by

The name of the employee who logged the grievance.
