Select “Create Qualification ” from left pane.
The “Create Qualification ” page appears.
Specify the following details:
HR General Information Unit |
The organization unit in which the HR General Information component is deployed Tell me more |
Qualification Code |
A unique code to identify the qualification. |
Qualification Description |
The description of the qualification, for example, MBA or Master of Business Administration etc. From the drop-down list box, select the required value. |
Inactive |
The status of the qualification details, whether active or inactive. If you make the details inactive, it means the qualification details are not available for use in any of the other activities. If you set the status to active, it means the details are available for use. Select the check box only if you want to make the details inactive. To make the details active, leave the check box blank. |
Qualification Level |
Indicates whether the qualification pertains to a graduate or postgraduate degree or diploma etc. From the drop-down list box, select the required value. |
Qualification Specialization |
The specialization in which the qualification is made, for example, Science or Engineering. Form the drop-down list box, select the required value. |
Qualification Type |
Indicates whether the qualification is a basic criteria to the job or otherwise. From the drop-down list box, select the required value to indicate the qualification type. |
Comments |
The comments you want to enter pertaining to the specified qualification details. |
Select the Book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box.
You can enter your comments in the dialog box.
Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
Select the “Save Qualification” pushbutton to save the specified details.
Use this page to create qualification.
